Welcome to the Town of Fowler
Fowler is located in southwest St. Lawrence County and borders the towns of Rossie, Gouverneur, Hermon, Edwards, Pitcairn, and Antwerp. The Oswegatchie River's main and west branches flow through the town. Fowler is home to Sylvia Lake. The town was formed in 1816 and named for Theodosius Fowler, 1753-1841, a local landowner and a captain in the American Revolution.
